Space Plus has set itself the objective of expanding its self storage, co-working and Flex Office portfolio across the board over the next few years. In addition to the City and Mega Stores shortly to be opened in Krefeld, Hagen, Osnabrück and Essen, we are also working on projects in other locations over the course of this year. We hope to continue this frequency of new openings over the next few years. By the end of 2023 there should be a total of 70–80 facilities across the whole of Germany, thanks to our long-term partnership with the Metro group.
